JCW General Construction is based in Santa Rosa, CA. I work on-site and in the field, there is no retail office. All estimates are conducted at your project location.

Estimates and Pricing

Residential construction pricing depends on scope, existing conditions, material selections, and the specifics of your home. A kitchen remodel in a 1960s home with older plumbing and a panel that needs upgrading is a different number than the same project in a newer build.



What you will get is a clear, itemized estimate covering the full scope before any work starts. What’s hard to predict is flagged explicitly, not buried. And if something changes during the project, you hear about it before it affects the invoice.

Available for calls and estimates: Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
